By accessing or using the Bionara platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bionara provides a decision intelligence platform for medical affairs and MSL teams, including KOL identification, engagement analytics, and outreach tools. The Service is intended for use by authorized pharmaceutical and life sciences professionals.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Bionara immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, the Sunshine Act, and FDA promotional guidelines. You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Bionara, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bionara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
